Medicare Part B covers medically necessary services like doctor visits, outpatient care, and preventive services. It also covers durable medical equipment (DME) and some home health services. Part B requires a monthly premium.

💰 Cost Overview
The standard 2026 Part B premium is $185.00/month. Higher-income beneficiaries pay more (IRMAA). The annual deductible is $257 in 2026.
