Job Description

As a Medicare Agent, you will be responsible for selling Medicare Advantage plans over the phone. You will conduct inbound qualified sales calls from seniors and Medicare-eligible clients, assess their healthcare needs, and guide them in selecting the best Medicare plans from our leading insurance carrier partners. Your role includes understanding client needs, ensuring compliance with Medicare regulations, and providing top-tier customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound qualified sales calls with prospective Medicare clients
  • Assess clients' healthcare needs and recommend the most suitable Medicare Advantage plans
  • Represent top insurance carriers and clearly explain plan benefits
  • Meet and exceed weekly sales goals
  • Stay compliant with all Medicare regulations and CMS guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale

Requirements

  • Active Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain — we help cover costs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM tools
  • Passion for helping seniors navigate their healthcare options
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
